Day Students

Student Life Day Student Program- 

The day student program opens the first week of the school year.  Please review the activity calendar on the Student Life website for daily activities. The site will have the most up to date schedule posted including times and possible fee information.  

Activity Fee

MSAD's Student Life requires an activity fee from all regular attending day students. This fee will cover the costs of our campus activities.  The fee requested is $100 for the year per student.  This fee can be paid in full at registration.  Residential students will also be asked to pay this fee. Special activities set up off campus will require additional monies at the time of request.  Any student unable to afford the fee please contact Ronda Jo Donatucci.


Elementary and Middle School Program

  • The After School Program is open to elementary and middle school day students (non ECE) Monday-Wednesday.  Boys located on Tate-THFF, girls NW second floor Tate.  
  • Guardian's are asked to pick up students no later than 5:00pm in front of Tate Hall.
  • Parents are responsible for communicating with their transportation company. 

High School Program

  • The After School Program open to high school day students on Monday-Wednesday until 6pm, Thursdays 7-9pm for weekly movie nights.  
  • If a student stays through dinner (5:15p-5:45p) a meal ticket must be purchased for $2.00. Meal tickets can be purchased from the school secretary.
  • Parents are responsible for communicating with their transportation company. 

Additional Notes

  •  All information will be posted on the monthly Activity Calendar.  
  • If your child has a disability requiring a 1:1 during school hours, approval from the Student Life Director must be given before participation in dorm activities.  Additional accommodations may be requested on a case by case basis.
  • Each month the dorms hosts a Movie Night on campus. There is no cost to families. Be sure to check the activity calendar for dates and times. (Popcorn, candy and drinks sold on site). This event is open to all community.
