School Menu
The Minnesota State Academies provides nutritional meals for all students and also provides refreshments and special meals for other school activities. Our meals and snacks follow the USDA Dietary Guidelines for Americans and our federally mandated Wellness Policy.
The dining rooms are open for breakfast, lunch and dinner on all operating school days. The nutrition program has the ability to meet any special nutritional needs of our students as prescribed by their physicians.
The academies have qualified cooks and foodservice workers trained in food safety and we also currently have 4 staff certified as food managers with the MN Department of Health. There is also a Registered Dietitian on staff for the Academy for the Deaf and the Academy for the Blind.
